What marketers and founders are saying about us:

“They care about our purpose and our success. We couldn’t do it without them.”

Come Alive Creative has been the editor and consultant to my podcast, Leading Voices in Real Estate, for the past 5+ years. It is so helpful to outsource the technical side of this plus I get a lot of advice and business consulting on the podcast as well as a good friend. They care about our purpose and our success. We couldn’t do it without them.

“Come Alive Creative starts with the goals and objectives first, then builds the podcast around that, as opposed to me saying, “This is what I want to do.”

I really appreciated that Come Alive Creative starts with the goals and objectives first, and then builds the podcast around that, as opposed to me saying, “This is what I want to do,” and then just producing it. It’s easy to go off on a tangent. Jeff and his team helped me stay focused.

Jennifer Kuhns

Senior Marketing Manager at Nuance Communications

“Our company received a number of highly targeted, CX level leads as a direct result of the interview.”

I didn’t really get the power of having a podcast until recently. Soon after my guest appearance on Leading Voices in Real Estate, our company received a number of leads with 6-figure plus potential. These leads cited the podcast as the reason they were reaching out. That’s when I asked Matt (the host of Leading Voices) who he was working with. He highly recommended Come Alive Creative. We’re now in the planning and production phase with them, and it’s off to a great start.

Are we the right fit for you?

We provide full-service podcast production or an Academy to train you on how to produce your own show. Knowing this, let’s look at three scenarios we often come across.

1. You need help starting a podcast

We specialize in creating podcasts from the ground up, ones that complement your marketing plan and make you an authority in your niche. If you are simply looking for a podcast editor, we are not a good match.

2. You’d like to podcast, but budget is a factor

There are many ways to produce a podcast for a couple hundred dollars a month. Then again, you get what you pay for. Our budgets are based on a decade of experience, a time-tested process, and proven ROI.

3. You need a partner for the long haul

Podcasting is often a long-term investment in your marketing, audience, and brand. For this reason, our clients typically collaborate with us for at least a year and create several seasons of material. Others have been with us longer or begin to expand their podcast offerings across company verticals.

FAQ

Can you fix my problem?
Is your problem starting a podcast even though you’re super busy/a marketing team of one/don’t know where to start? Do you want to improve an existing show so you can build more authority, leads, relationships, or recognition?

If so, yes, we can fix your problem. We work with a variety of C-level teams and founders on producing and launching amazing podcasts. Just reach out to us to see how we can help.

Will you make my life easier?
Yes. Some of our clients just want to show up for the interviews and others like to be more involved. Our 4-part process makes creating and running a podcast doable for the most busy professional.

From strategy to promotion, we’ll get you up to speed. We’ll even get the right equipment to your doorstep. Talk about easy.

How do I get started?

Begin by scheduling a free discovery session and answering a few basic questions so we can better understand your needs. We then follow up by reviewing the discovery session and answering any questions you might have. If it’s a good fit, we provide a proposal outlining costs, deliverables, and timelines.

Can we work remotely?

Yes. We were working remotely with clients across the U.S. and abroad long before it became business as usual.

Who will I be working with?

Each podcast is unique and we’ll assign specific, consistent, in-house team members to your project.

You can expect a dedicated project manager to be your point person. Otherwise, you’ll also have a specific producer, audio editor, copywriter, and graphic designer working on your show.

Will I enjoy working with you?

Yup. We hire people for their personality as much as their expertise.

As a result, our clients stick around for years and end up making multiple seasons and podcasts with us.

How much does it cost to produce a podcast?

It depends on your goals for the podcast, the style and type of show you need, and the level of help you’re hoping to get.

We have two main price points that we typically work in depending on if you need full-service production or podcast training.

You can read “How much should it cost to produce a podcast?” for some more information.

How much of my time will it take?

It varies based on whether you’re serving as the host and your desired level of involvement. Mostly, it’s the time it takes to interview and review the finished podcast.

Are your services available a la carte?

No. For the best results, we stick to full-service production.

Check out our Podcast Courses if you want to learn about the specifics yourself.

Will you work with me if I already have a podcast?

Yes. If your podcast has already launched, we will assess it with you and make specific recommendations. Producing, promoting, and tracking progress will fall in line from there.

Don’t run the risk of sounding like an amateur.
